Donovan and his team are fantastic! I have a new mechanic! Been taking my car to the dealer for regular maintenance and repairs. The issue that prompted me to look for a mechanic was that my … More headlights were crooked after I tried to install new ones myself. The dealer told me that I burned the socket and everything needed to be replaced, and oh, by the way, I need new struts and shocks for $1900. Found Ultimate Performance through AAA. From the initial phone call Donovan was professional, courteous, and gave me a super reasonable estimate. Took my car in a few days later and Donovan and his team were great! I waited in the office and he updated me often; even has a cell phone text feature to keep customers updated. They did a 40-point inspection and found that there was no evidence that the socket was burned (with pictures provided)! What the heck? AND, I don’t need new shocks or struts yet! Fortunately, my estimate didn’t change (but I would have understood if it did). They also have a great warranty for their work. I will be taking all my cars there from now on. They can work on American, Asian, and European cars/trucks and the staff have many years of knowledge and training. Thank you Donovan and Ultimate Performance! Less
